How do you ensure the meat remains fresh during transit?

All orders are vacuum-sealed and packed in biodegradable insulated liners with high-performance gel ice packs. This ensures your products maintain a food-safe temperature for up to 48 hours during the shipping process.

Where does your meat come from?

We source our meat from trusted local farms and cooperatives that prioritize sustainable practices, hormone-free raising, and high animal welfare standards. Detailed sourcing information is available on each product page.

Can I customize the thickness of my steaks?

Yes! Since we are a full-service butcher shop, you can leave specific cutting instructions in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout. Our master butchers will hand-cut your selection to your exact specifications.

What is your delivery area and timeline?

We currently ship nationwide. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are typically processed for next-day delivery. To maintain freshness, we do not ship on Fridays or weekends.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.

How should I store my meat once it arrives?

Upon arrival, you should either refrigerate your meat if you plan to consume it within 3-5 days, or place it directly in the freezer. Our vacuum-sealed packaging is freezer-ready and helps prevent freezer burn for up to 12 months.
